Solution Question
I'm receiving doubles. Every thing seems to be in order on my end. I do not see any options in the mail control panel on my c-panel.

Please login into your domain control panel and look at the 'Email accounts" and look at the 'Forwarders'. Possible you have email forwarded to other mail boxes.
