I signed up for hosting, got three e-mail confirmations for account login and invoices, but no "welcome letter" with user name and password to login into cPanel.
It's likely the welcome was filtered out at your provider, or it might be in your spam folder in your mail program. If it's not to be found, you can login into your billing/client area account at:
and look under 'My Emails'. You will see a listing off all the emails that were emailed out and you can see the welcome letter. If the welcome letter does not show it means the account setup has not taken place yet. Under certain circumstances please allow up to 2 hours.
