Question:
When I try to download my latest invoice from the Client area, I get:

Access Denied - You must be logged in to download this file.

Answer:
Yes you must be logged in to see your invoices.

https://clients.internetplanners.com/clientarea.php
(this login is not the same as your domain control panel)

If you have forgotten your Client Area password, then enter your email address at this link below to have it sent to the email address on record.
