Updating your name servers (DNS) after signup
Solution

UPDATE YOUR DOMAIN DNS TO US OTHERWISE YOUR WEB SITE
WILL NOT WORK.

If you signed up for hosting, and your domain is not a new registration through us,
the domain name DNS name servers need to be updated to our hosting servers.
Please contact the organization where you registered your domain and update
this information. This is critical! Otherwise, you will only be able to access your
site via the IP address link we provided. This update can take a few days to complete.
If we have done your domain registration no action is needed.

Domain servers in listed order:

Primary Server Hostname.........: NS.YOURNETHOST.COM
Secondary Server Hostname.......: NS2.YOURNETHOST.COM

NS.YOURNETHOST.COM AND NS2.YOURNETHOST.COM
are the name servers to be used!

Once your domain DNS record is updated to reflect that we are your new
hosting provider, our automated system will pickup the changes and your
domain will be activated on our servers.

If you do not know the place where your domain is registered, please open a
ticket (domains) and let us the know the domain name and we will try to look
it up and provide you instructions.

If you need help doing this please open a ticket (domains) and provide us
the user id and login where your domain is registered and we will try
to do the update for you.
