You must keep the email addresses in your hosting account up to date.
If passwords are forgotten, we will email our welcome letter only to the existing
emails addresses. We do not give out passwords over the phone, nor do we take
new email addresses over the phone.
We also send vital communications via email, including payment-due notices.
In the event we cannot charge your credit card for the hosting fees when due, our servers
will email you warnings to bring your account up to date.
If you do not receive these email warnings your account will be eventually suspended and
after that, deleted off our servers. These emails are the only warnings you will receive.
Your account will be suspended and disabled if payment is not received in a timely manner.
We do not make exceptions and your account will not be re-enabled until payment is received.
After the account has been suspended, if payment is still not received accounts including files
and mail residing on the server will be deleted.
