FTP Settings

If your domain is brand new or your domain needs to be updated to our servers
you will need to use the IP address that we gave as "host name" with your FTP program.

Use this with new a account and your domain is not pointed yet to our servers.

FTP Hostname: 00.000.000.000 (look for your IP address you need to use in your welcome letter)
Username: yourusername
Password: password (passwords are case sensitive)

Server name directory: public_html
All your web files/content/page need be published to the public_html directory on the server.

Use this with a domain already on our server

FTP Hostname: yourdomain.com ( replace yourdomain.com with your domain)
Username: yourusername
Password: password (passwords are case sensitive)

Server name directory: public_html
All your web files/content/page need be published to the public_html directory on the server.
